	Capabilities Brochure - PlanView 12-page brochure, 11x17 size, saddle stitched and folded to 8.5x11, printed in 4c process. The problem: Create brochures that explain the rich capabilities of a flexible software system for project and workforce management. Solution: Artist Danny Johnson of Articulate Design and I created montage art showing gears, clocks, a business man hurrying. This art was used on brochures, on a CDROM, on our software packaging, on posters, our website, etc. Solution: Using graphics to explain abstract concepts and organizing the contents by functionality, we created this brochure to explain the general capabilities of the solution. 	Software Brochure - PlanView A 12-page brochure, 11x24 size, folded to 11x8.5, printed in 4c process. The curve on this one is printed to mimic the half-cover above. PlanView Software is a powerful product, but a complex one! There are many business benefits that accrue to various roles in the organization by using PlanView well. Finally, I organized the many features of the software by type of business process they support, while still identifying the FeatureSet they're part of. 	Philosophy Whitepaper - PlanView A 12-page flyer, 11x24 size, folded to 11x8.5, printed in 4c process. One of the great things about marketing PlanView's software is its unique focus. It was founded and created as an integrated project and resource management solution. That approach is mimicked by our competitors, but they are adding modules to do resource management while we were designed from the first to do resource management with project and service management as inevitable outcomes. This whitepaper is meant to be a learned treatise versus a colorful and sophisticated sales brochure. You'll see some of the art is comparable to slide presentations. That's on purpose! 	Brochure for Greenhouse Industry - ASOMA One of the brochures I created at another previous job, ASOMA Instruments, who made elemental analyzers and environmental monitoring systems. This was a 4 page 11x17 size, folded to 8.5x11, printed in 4c process soy ink on recycled paper. Problem: Announce and promote a new computer control system to a totally new market where there were already well-established competitors. Solution: Since the low-tech audience was a new one for ASOMA--greenhouse growers, farmers, fisheries, turf control, etc.,--the brochure very much plays down the hardware and technical specs but emphasizes how total control is easy to get. Solution: The fauna and flora images on the cover reinforce the theme of environmental control systems for a variety of growth facility applications. Download the whole brochure.
